Refund and Return Policy

All sales of original work are final post shipping, and cannot be returned after shipping date.

Refunds can be initiated within 24 hours of initial purchase before the artwork has been shipped. Upon shipping no refund or return will be initiated.

Kodi Delaney retains all copyright to all works of art sold, and the replication of artwork for the monetary gain of anybody besides Kodi Delaney will be subject to cease and desist, as well as any escalated legal authority thereafter. 

Paintings can be sold at will to separate buyers, with certificate of authenticity, but copyright claim of the image remains under Kodi Delaney Art.

Avoid direct sunlight

Do not hang or place paintings near an open flame. 

Dust gently with dry cloth or frame in glass to avoid dusting
